Boo Hoo is an album by the dark cabaret/darkwave artist Voltaire that was released in 2002 by Projekt Records.[3][4]
The album features the song "BRAINS!" which is arguably Voltaire's most notable song, and it was originally composed for The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy episode "Little Rock of Horrors". This album has a significantly different sound, subject matter and atmosphere than most Voltaire's releases. The album is much fueled by heartbreak, which is most likely because Voltaire himself felt some before writing the songs.
The songs "BRAINS!", "The Vampire Club" and "Graveyard Picnic" also appear on Deady Sings!, Voltaire's greatest hits album. Live versions of "BRAINS!" and "The Vampire Club" appear on Voltaire's live album, Live!. "BRAINS!" also appears on the compilation album Projekt: The New Face of Goth.
All songs written by Voltaire, Kitzis, Goeke and Grant, except:
